The Blue Twirlypops are a trio of blue people in Wee Sing in Sillyville. Consisting of three harmonizing men, they wear blue tuxedos with buttons and ties that spin, which is where they get their name. They are also sticklers for rules, which causes problems in their singing. They also get confused easily, which leads to plenty of laughs.
